The Breakfast is not good. Eggs are ice cold and the bread is hard and most likely old. Rooms are okayish, depending on where the room is located might be loud. The interior of the rooms looks a little aged but it's okay to stay overnight for a business trip. The dinner was good though.

The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was good. However, for this price and star rating one would expect much better rooms. Many of the rooms don’t even have a window you can look out, and everything looks worn and old. The rooms smell old and stuffy. The location is okay, though it is a bit of a walk to the metro. The hotel has no gym or pool or other such facilities. Seems more like a two or three star establishment.

Back in the past! But I must say it may be only a few rooms still decorated in the early eighties 😁 The location is good, the staff friendly and efficient, breakfast not exceptional but just right. The price is really convenient.

I booked this hotel second time for a course I was taking within its premises. First time I was satisfied because the comunication before and after the booking was clear and professional. Well, I guess the staff at the reception has changed and this time I am very unsatisfied! The receptionists were unprofessional and uncaring. Next time I will definitely book another hotel since for a 4 stars as it is labelled it has not reached the status..to me it is a 3 star hotel. You can decorate it as much as you like to make it pleasant to the eye..what you should give is professionality and a good approach to the client since kindness and understanding is a quality that the staff should learn by heart!!!

I stayed here as a solo traveler and it was great! From the moment you arrive, the staff is amazing! The location is great as you’re close to two important subway stations and you have everything you need around. The room was clean and enough for one person. Breakfast was good as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
