This hotel has a lot to offer for the price. Our room was bright and beautiful with huge windows that gave an amazing city view. There was hot water, working AC, mini fridge, and our beds were made every day! The staff were very kind and helpful and were always at the front door when we rang the doorbell. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood to patio Bellavista and parque central. There is a rooftop patio along with a nice outdoor space on the ground floor.

Check-in: the front desk attendant let me check in early (at 10am) without charge which was great. The room: - No wifi in the room. Only in common areas. - Heater was not working. I was told it was fixed but still did not work for my room. - Safe was not working. I was told that all the safes or locked box in the building are my working but the manager told me they are. Confusing. Either way I could not use the safe. -air conditioning is not working at all. They did not fix. I guess there is hot water and clean towels and sheets. In and out of the hotel: you need someone in the front desk to let you in and out but the attendant is not always there. I wanted to go out for drinks but I can not leave the building because the door was locked and the attendant missing. I tried checking again and again (3x) but still no one. I ended just staying in my cold room. I highly discourage everyone to stay out of this hotel. This place is a fire and safety hazard. Being locked out of of your hotel is not acceptable and not safe.

Just forget this hotel ! Two nights they just let you waiting on the street just to ringing the bell 🔔 couple of times actually infinitely to wake up the doorkeeper what a disgusting situation in a deserted street at night ! Forget this hotel ! What a pity ! Very nice installations however they just don’t think that they can give their guests a code or one more key to open the main entrance door so that everybody feel themselves safe and nobody stays on the street waiting at night … just for this reason I will never come back to this pretty nice hotel

Nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants, bars and tourists areas. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. 1st time I stayed the heat wasn't working in my room. But others in my group had heat in their rooms. I did report it several times and they had the handyman look at it but nothing was fixed. The following week our group came back and I was given a different room that was nice and toasty warm. They have a roof deck which is also pretty nice and a couple of cats that roam around the property which are very sociable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
