        Very negative experience. Don´t stay here! My card payment failed. Staff told me I should have sent my credit card details by email - it's not safe to do this. Completely unacceptable customer service provided by the rude staff and a negligent customer care, unprofessional people working here. Rude staff made feel extremely uncomfortable with the situation and said directly to my face I might not have a room available because I didn't pay, I was travelling with a broken leg, and I arrived late: I arrived 20 min after my ETA, when I was told front desk was open 24h a day. Under no circumstance did I threatened staff or was disrespectful, I work in customer service, I am a very respectful person. I was actually quite surprised the memeber of staff threatened me, with a broken leg, to not provide me with a room. I actually wanted to provide my card details but never got a reply from the hotel to be able to privde them so it could have been a phishing issue. Alternatively there are payment links safe to make these types of procedures, as my bank told me. You as a hotel, are not allowed to ask for credit card details by email, you should know it better. Also I find unacceptable that after sending you 6 emails regarding this issue you never replied to any of them, just now after I published this review. Clearly your guests are not the most important thing at your hotel, and now I understand why BEST WESTERN stopped working with you. Apologies from your side would have been nice after all the stress you caused me and my partner and the terrible unsafe room you provided me with. And by the way my card was working perfectly well, your POS just wasn´t working properly. Make sure you learn with your mistakes, they could help you improve your customer service in the future and please make sure you only work with professional staff.

        Small rustic rooms in a great location. The big palace is and park about 20 minutes away, and good food is located pretty close in every direction. It's very quiet despite random morons yelling in the alleyway.

        Its clean and nicely located. Very close to a lot of interesting sights. However, the rooms are very noisy though, you hear the neighbors very well. For that reason I cannot recommend this place.

        We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Los Condes Madrid, traveling as an extended family of seven adults and two children. Firstly, the service provided by the hotel staff was exemplary, with special mention to the front desk personnel - Sergio, Antonio, and Carmine, who extended their help beyond our expectations. Their excellent hospitality set a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Located off Gran Via, the location of the hotel is impressive. With two metro stations and several bus lines within a stone's throw, it's a traveller's delight. The convenience it offered was unparalleled and allowed us to explore Madrid with ease. The rooms provided were spacious enough to accommodate us comfortably. Although the views were somewhat limited, this wasn't a setback as we spent most of our time outside exploring the city. For a hotel holding a three-star rating, Hotel Los Condes Madrid certainly exceeds expectations, offering well-appointed amenities, including a kettle, minibar, and a comprehensive selection of bathroom supplies. The readiness of the staff to provide iron and ironing boards was commendable. However, there were minor drawbacks. The lifts were rather small, and the stairs at the entrance posed a challenge when handling a baby stroller. Individuals with mobility issues or those requiring wheelchairs might find the lack of a stairlift a tad challenging. Given the hotel's historic location, we understood the complexities involved in getting planning permission for such alterations. Despite these minor hurdles, Hotel Los Condes Madrid offers exceptional value for your money. It's the ideal choice for anyone seeking top-notch service, an unbeatable location, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for a delightful stay in Madrid!

        I liked this Hotel. Room was clean and spacious enough. Centrally located, 1 block away from the grand via street. Staff was friendly. I recommend it!
