An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

We had to do a fast urgent booking and found this hotel. And was by far one of the best hotel we have stayed! The personnel was very nice since the first minute, front desk, cleaning lady, the woman upstairs in the spa area etc. The room was big enough with thick walls and doors. The area is nice and everything is near by. The best thing is that is quiet a lot of business people and couples. We definitely gonna stay there when we back in Santiago.

we had a great experience in the hotel. The rooms were great, very clean and neat. We asked for hot water to prepare some tea and they brought it up in less than 5 minutes! The beds were comfy and the bathroom shower was also great! they only thing I'd add would be more light in the bathroom because when you were inside the shower, it was pretty dark and you could barely see. Aside from that, everything was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. 10/10 Totally would recommend!

700 meters from Costanera Center, this hotel has medium rooms equipped with a coffee maker, tub, minibar, and safe. There's free wifi and breakfast for all guests. Regarding other services, the hotel has a dry and wet sauna, an outdoor pool (not tempered), and a jacuzzi on the roof. They also have a small gym. All of this is free of charge. Their restaurant, los Hidalgos, is average to low quality. Despite all of these nice things to offer, there's something missing at it, and it's personality, vibe

It's very well located with "Metro" close by and Costanera Center a stone throw almost in front of it. The area is clean, nice and safe too. The hotel is more like a boutique hotel with many nice personal touches and nice decor. It's been taken care of. Every detail count and this hotel got plenty. Room are clean and well equipped with everything you could need, including robe and slippers. Although a main road close by, the hotel is quiet and windows are sound proof. Breakfast is abundant, great variety, nicely presented and good quality with items you can't find in other hotels such as lactose free milk. Reception team is very helpful and nice. On the top of everything is a very good value for its competitive price. The only reason I won't give 5 points is because I believe the mattresses could improve (I tried 2 rooms and both were too soft and possibly dine it's time). Apart from that, it is a very good choice and I recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
