The rooms were modern, sizable, and clean. Great AC, great views, good beds. Bathrooms were a little small but shower had great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was served well, hot eggs on request, coffee machine and all your typical European breakfast foods. Location is easy to get to interlaken west train and bus station. Not too far walk from food and shopping but off the beaten path enough to be private. Migros grocery is 2 minutes away too. Great common area and terrace as well! Laundry service out back was small but convenient. Service was largely good, a few small rude encounters but i think that’s mostly just a language and culture difference. Housekeepers were AMAZING, did a great job and were kind. The man guy for the breakfast was good too. Overall service was good enough, could maybe polish their politeness in English some but even the one or two people we had a slight issue with it wasn’t consistent so I think it was situational. The lady at the checkout sincerely cared about if we had a good time and asked what we liked, etc. Overall we stayed over a week and I would stay there again.

The best hotel in Interlaken. - big and clean rooms with great views - very friendly service - perfect location - next to shopping centre with a supermarket and restaurants and next to train station, bus stops

Beautiful view from the window of our room. Nice breakfast. Parking on premise was a great plus for us. Cordial ans helpful staffs. Nice music in the common room which also has decent coffee. Just minutes away from Migros and other shops/marketplaces as well as the train station. Very convenient and reasinably priced place to stay at interlaken.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Located just about 2-3 mins walk from the Interlaken West train station. The rooms were clean, big enough for 2 people, and had everything that one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Sofia and Beat were extremely helpful and provided their inputs to plan our day. Breakfast had varied stuff, and enough items for those who prefer to eat vegetarian food. The area around the hotel seems more like residential, and was very lonely after 10 pm, but that was not a problem, as its just 2 mins from the station. I would certainly prefer to stay here again.

Hotel Lötschberg is perfectly located in a short walk (2-3mins) of Interlaken West station. It has a nice view of surrounding mountain and can see the paragliders. I got the best room on this hotel (Room 1 on 1st floor) with nice terrace where you can have a coffee or smoke. My room had decent space as single occupancy and can still move around and had nice working space too. Beds are comfy and had great sleep for 3 nights of stay even I didn't turn the AC on. The breakfast selection is good, typical swiss cold meat, cheese and pastries and cereals, salads and drinks. They also have shared common space for dining and just bum around. The hotel staff Lenka was super awesome and accommodating. I had great customer experience because of her. I will definitely recommmend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
