Loved this hotel! Will return. 2 minutes from underground perfect after a long day seeing sights! Breakfast decent, not a lot of choice but won’t starve. Rooms dated but very comfortable. Staff great, housekeeping staff lovely! Outdoor area for better weather.

A bit different hotel with interesting interior decoration. My room (410) was clean, spacious and cool throughout the hot, over 30 C days. The bathroom was also good with a well-functioning shower cabinet. Several restaurants and transportations links close-by. Breakfast was excellent.

During my first visit to Berlin, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the city's vibrant neighborhoods and iconic landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to return to Berlin, and I recommend definitely choose this hotel.

I have been to Berlin several times and therefore I have stayed in different areas of Berlin and different accommodations. This 3-star hotel is by far one of my fave. My check in around 10:30pm was great. The guy at the counter was very friendly and very helpful. When I came back down to the reception after I refreshed myself I met the nightshift and this guy just topped everything. We had a chat and you could hear that he absolutely loved his job. He welcomed us again with open arms and gave some information about the area. Our great size room was clean and it may sounds odd but the pillow/ blanket had a fresh smell. Usually you smell clinical odours on sheets but this one is different - in a great way. The incl breakfast concludes sooo much variety. You will find fresh fruits (🍉 🍌 🍎 🍐) rolls and bread, vegan speads, juices, tea, coffee. Just simple everything to get loaded with energy for a day. Also here each and every staff member where friendly and helpful. My opinion: happy engaged staff shows and great leadership hence why I mention the atmosphere. The location is just perfect. You will find everything like grocery shops around. The elevator was broken on the 2nd night. I was able to handle that but felt sorry for the elderly. Stil I made the most out of this situation as I helped out a couple. I carried their luggage upstairs so that on return I recharged my karma account ☺️

Bottom line: recommended for a low-budhet stay. Welcoming staff, very nice breakfast, basic but very clean, comfortable room. Located ditectly in front of a nice park that in turn is practically adjacent to the Tempelhof ex-airport, a spectacular space for running, cycling etc. The centre can be easily reached by U-Bahn (underground) in ~30-40', depending on where you want to go. The quarter where the hotel is, Neukölln, is not exactly the trendiest in Berlin (expect to see quite a few homeless people roaming about for instance; but no worries, they keep to themselves), but overall this hotel is good value for money.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
