Very good hotel. Clean, comfortable, pet friendly, safe, and with polite staff. Good showers and excellent breakfast. Only thing we hoped for was bigger pillows and less strong air freshener.

Great value for money! The hotel is near the metro so you can get around easily. Rooms are quiet and you can regulate the temperature. The receptionist Fatumata was very kind and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for one night stay. Comfortable bed, spacious toilet and the space you need in the room. Just a couple of minutes away from the metro station. Plenty of options around for breakfast if not included in your rate. We also got an affordable price for the night. They also provide a welcome drink.

Charming hotel, impeccably clean. Quiet area, yet a step away from the metro station. The location is excellent for walking in any direction. Breakfast is good and fresh. The staff is unobtrusive and helpful at all times. We would love to stay again.

Great hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms clean and breakfast was great.There are many restaurants around it to eat. Whiting 15 drive from airport. 20+ minutes walk from Rossio Square. Safe neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time I visit Lisbon!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
