Very good location. friendly and very helpful service. There is a bit of metro noise on the lower floors, but if there are rooms available, the staff will change them without any problems. very clean rooms and good WiFi. good air conditioning. possibility of complete blackout. a bit noisy - But that's the charm of a good location.

Absolutely lovely hotel, stayed there for 3 nights and had no problems at all. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful with whatever i needed or asked. Rooms were nice and clean, and were cleaned every morning. Location is perfect, you have metro and bus all in 5 min walking distance if that. Very very nice location.

Super convenient hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are modern and felt like a luxury experience. (You DO get the typical European room with two beds pushed together...). Right next to the L3 Subway which connects to all of the main stations, even one that takes you to/from the airport. Close to many excellent restaurants, bars, and 24 hour markets. There have been trips where I dreaded going back to the hotel, but this one I even came back for naps. Very quiet rooms even though it is in a central location. When I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely check for Hotel Lugano availability. They quoted me $10 for the breakfast buffet but I'm not a huge breakfast person so never decided to check it out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

As Americans, we are use to grand. This is a small cozy clean hotel with beautiful people serving and willing to serve. Location was perfect for us as we were boarding a ship. Hotel has breakfasts and room service but it’s location is surrounded by many places to eat. Oh, to our surprise but not problematic is towels but no wash cloth. EU thing! Thank you Alex, Gem, Miguel and others.

Solid hotel! The service was always friendly and helpful, which is the best thing about the hotel. The connectivity is 2nd to mention, bus and train are in close proximity. The rooms are okay, so far clean but you notice the hotel its 3 stars. I found the beds uncomfortable, the curtains were very translucent, so that the flashing pedestrian lights opposite always illuminated the room. The general equipment is not the most modern. The air conditioning whirred neatly, but performed a pleasant temperature. The breakfast was quite okay, you will find something for sure. For a small city trip, the hotel can be recommended, but who expects more comfort should rather choose a 4* hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
