A really friendly and kind host who made her best to guarantee a pleasant stay. The location is also perfect to walk around the city. The room was really clean and perfect size for two people and its price. Unfortunately I have to give 4 stars cause the night we weren’t able to sleep so well due to neighbors noise, although we appreciate host’s tries to make them quite. Thank you!

Good hotel; on walking distance from Busstation, city center and beaches. Friendly staff, ready to wait to let you in in despite of very late arrival. Small but clean rooms. Breakfast (only) upon request. However, plenty of 'Boulangers' close by. All you need for a great stay. Would definitely return 👍.

Although it may seem like a two star (officially it is), it is much more. It has very good service and the rooms are very good, although the views are not the best. Even so, as a hotel, it performs very VERY well.

Great Hotel Lutezia for having two stars..the owner is very kind and available. Very clean hotel avrc tv air conditioning wifi 10 minutes walk from the Croisette Palais du Festival.10 minutes walk from the train station..I definitely recommend it..I will come back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
