Avoid this place, it is not a hotel. Impossible to sleep here due to the noise from neighbouring bars. Music was vibrating the room when we arrived back after food at 10pm. It didn't stop until 8am the next morning. This fails on the most basic requirement of a hotel. Learn from our mistake and don't go here, you will regret it.

Loud music coming from the street-level clubs located below the hotel. Music started at 00.00 and ended at 05.45. Highly not recommended as a hotel. You can't sleep!!! One of the worst experiences in my life as a traveler

Horrible night at this hotel. We were allocated to a tiny room on the 4th floor, to which the elevator had no access and where it smelled a lot like construction/painting material still. We couldn't even open the door or the window (which was directed towards a heap of randomly stored items) because mosquitos would enter. We were three people, but only got 1 big towel even though we paid the extra price for the 3rd bed. The beds are infested with BED BUGS, so both my boyfriend and I spent half of the night scratching. Furthermore even though the location was central, the hotel was right above a nightclub which didn´t stop emitting unbearable noises until 3 or 4am in the morning.

Stayed in this hotel for a night with my family where we occupied different rooms. Beautiful looking hotel as seen on the pictures, rooms were simple and clean. The noise issue as expressed by the other reviewers is quite true, being located in a main street and across from two clubs it was difficult to sleep but not impossible as we were exhausted from our own gathering and walking around all day. The receptionist was a super nice lady and I wish to thank her for her hospitality! Would recommend especially for the great location it provided us with, very accessible.

In the booking website there was no room for two people available. It only had a 3 people bedroom with 1 double Bed AND 1 single bed and now the fun begins. We paid more for it and we even called beforehand to ask whether they had a room with a double bed only. They said No, so we booked via the website the 3-beds room. THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS. When we arrived there we got to our room in 304, we saw that they had 3 single beds. We went to the reception and they were really kind there and eventually ended up changing our room to 201. The worst mistake I made this year was accepting this change, not knowing that during night time there are 3 clubs partying in the middle of the street, right beneath our room with people screaming as if their life depends on it. It explains why they do not accept refunds. The room itself was okay, clean. But what's the point if you cannot actually REST through the night? With all due respect, this is worse than wearing your socks and realizing they are wet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
