Great Hotel to stay in. Price was decent for the time we were staying in Florence. Breakfast was included and the staff was welcoming and nice. Great location as well as we had tours that started in the Train station right down the street from the Hotel. And more than a few restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is a great price. It is a five minute walk to the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the historic city center. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast/free coffee bar was an awesome way to start the day. Elizabeth, the owner/manager, is an amazing person and talking to her each morning was one of the highlights of our trip.

Elizabeth manager/owner was absolutely great..a super host, very helpful . Hotel looks very drab outside but its very clean and rooms are comfortable, with good shower. Breakfast was standard buffet , coffee super and made to order.

Ok! Let me start out by saying, these are some very elaborate looking pictures on this site for this hotel! I would NOT say this is walking distance from the train station when you have luggage! I wouldn’t even say that if you’re over 60 & don’t have luggage. It’s close enough, but definitely worth riding the tram that one stop. lol Now as for the hotel…it was clean, staff friendly & professional, breakfast was amazing! Plenty of breakfast options & all the coffee you can get Elizabetha to fix for you! She is happy to serve you! Her son was at the desk & was very helpful & pleasant. The hotel itself could use a little TLC. The lobby furniture needs to be replaced. The dining area & our room was fine. It can be a little dark in the lobby & dining area. I don’t know if they were conserving energy or kept it that way to keep it a little cool since it was so hot outside. I didn’t mind the dim lighting, but others may. We had a large group & those that were on the 3rd floor, had to go back outside to the office building next door and take the elevator their rooms. Odd I know, but it was fine. No issues. Rooms are a little small, but you’re not spending much time in there anyway! Overall, we had a great stay! We would probably stay again, because it wasn’t a bad place to stay at all!

The owner was very accommodating & very nice. Breakfast was included. Just a very cute clean bed and breakfast. It is a bit aways from the center of Florence but we didn't mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
