Totaly : Advantages are more than disadvantages. You should know it your card for your room to open always has a problem ! Breakfast is good but not great ( everyday it is same as before, nothing changes ) ! Location is amazing ( near metro Station and stadium ) . Also I had a serious problem with shower ! Water degree was changed to boil water then came back to normal . Cleaning service was perfect . And done . If you don't mind about these things this hotel us recommend ! With this price , this hotel is nice.

Nice enough basic hotel. Beds are surprisingly hard and walls are a bit thin, but the staff are friendly and the location is convenient for offices around Nuevos Ministerios.

Great stay at Senator Castellana, the staff were always friendly even when we were rolling in at 4am. Love the pool which is located in its own courtyard and has a maximum capacity so that it is never too busy. Spacious rooms & free water on arrival.

An enjoyable stay at Senator Castellana. Very decent breakfast buffet, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly, smiling and helpful. The location is not too noisy as the hotel is slightly tucked away from the main artery. Swimming pool is a nice touch 👌

The stay was overall okay. Check-in late in the evening is no problem, even Check-out outside the given times is possible. The room was clean, it even had a bathtub 👍 Breakfast good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
