Unfortunately when I arrived there was dog hair all over the duvet cover on the bed . The room was also very very very small and it was not clean, when I opened the window to the interior, it smelled very very bad like dead animals. I Had to leave the hotel at 10pm because they couldn’t clean my room at that time that i arrived and I refused to stay the night in the dirty room with the smell and dog hair. Had to go out and look for another hotel at that time and pay double the amount booking for a last minute hotel. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the staff acted reasonable and I was refunded immediately. But I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for clean and comfort.

This is possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Extremely basic and somewhat difficult to find. I have no idea which rooms previous reviewers had, but mine was miniscule. Saying it was clean is probably the best thing it had going for it - apart from location to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Bordeaux is a much nicer city than Paris so worth a visit but I wouldn't choose this hotel again if I were to return. Sorry.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
