Elnoor is a good receptionist and the overall hotel is quiet and friendly. I felt comfortable during my stay with in the hotel. There is not problem in the hotel I hope they fix it soon otherwise overall experience is nice. The view from the hotel is also good

The best hotel in the best price in the best area of Baku. The name is Madinah Hotel and Panorama hotel. Both names are used for the same hotel so dont be confused. . I booked through an online application. The room costed me 30 manat per night with breakfast. I checked into the hotel and i felt a little humiliated by a staff member when i paid 2 nights' rent as cash as i had not enough change. I asked him to let me pay by the card but he said it doesnt work so he detained my passport. This made me feel shocked. I resisted and asked for my passport back on which he said, let us check the card machine. And it worked perfectly. . He returned me back my passport. Besides this, everything was quite awesome. The hotel is right next to the sea with a beautiful view of all the city and the caspian sea. Bayil area is in the heart of Baku where there are the flame towers and the best sea views. The hotel is located on a plain road (no steep inclines or declines). The room and the entire hotel is very clean. Bathrooms are smell free. Most of the staff is cooperative. Breakfast is buffet breakfast and is awesome with atleast 25 dishes. Room service is great and clean the room everyday. Rooms are well heated (fitted with central heating system). Big departmental stores are right next to the hotel.bus stop is on the doorstep. Seaside park is on 1min walk. The only downside is that there is a limited parking space in front of hotel. You may have to park your vehicle in the side alley. Where there js no guard. However this problem is almost in the whole city. Therefore i give panorama hotel 10/10 for providing the best services in the least price.

I stay 3 night in madinah hotel location is very good near to highland park ,flam tower , denis mall , baku eye you can walk 15 min to reached your destination and also staff is helpful

The location is good, The breakfast is really nice, The staff is really friendly and they try to help you in any way they can. The only problem I faced was the AC not working, (I stayed their for 8 days) They said they will fix it but they never did. After a long day's walk, I wanted to turn on the AC and take a nap but that wasn't possible as they never fixed the AC so keep that in mind. The weather was good outside but if you open the windows, Its really noisy i.e traffic sounds and car engines etc, So you have keep the Windows closed and the AC isn't working too. Other than this everything was good.

Location is perfect. With a reasonable price you really get more than what you pay for. I have to mention that the Front Desk guy (Ilkin) is a wonderful guy very helpful kindly answering all your questions giving you recommendations for a moment he gives a feeling that you are in a 5 stars Hotel. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you’re traveling on a budget.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
