Really well positioned for the station, metro literally within a 3 minute walk. Centre of Madrid easily reached within a 15 minute metro ride. Hotel staff are super helpful. Our room was a little tired but more than adequate, beds comfy. Swimming pool area again a little tired,but adequate. Breakfast choice was huge and good quality, well organised and all bakery,fruit, milk etc very fresh.

Very disappointing to be affiliated by Melia and also considering the expensive price for a very basic old room. Toilet broken, very dark room, walls dirty … When going out of the Chamartín train station there are no signs to find the hotel which is in a very small And dark street. I called the reception to have some guidance which side to exit the station and how to best reach the Hotel But I got wrong info. Cristina at the reception is extremely rude with customers. Breakfast is nothing special and quality of croissant and sweets is medium poor.

me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming staff. Clean rooms and always attentive housekeeping. Abundant and varied breakfast. For anyone who wants a savory or sweet breakfast there is a lot of choice. Large swimming pool and large green space where you can lie down (besides the deck chairs). Excellent pool cleaning. Perfectly connected to many metro and railway lines. Very happy to have stayed here.

It wasn't the best location but was right near the train station so that was a plus. Nice to have a bath in the room. House keeping were quick but didn't bother to replenish the tea/coffee.breakfast was ok nothing special

For a 3 star hotel it is quite good. The best breakfast and service. The worst, and very important, the mattresses are old, the bed looks like an accordion...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
