I was given a 3-bed room instead of 1 single bed room because the hotel was fully booked. That was no biggie. However, the bathroom was in a poor condition when I came in. 2 dirty cups stood on a dusty bathroom counter, not covered in plastic wraps; one of which even had toothpaste stain on. Nothing else was provided (vanity kit, dental care kit, shower cap). This is a hostel disguised as a 4 star hotel.

Just finished nine nights at this hotel and I'll start with the positives by saying that it is in a very good location convenient to restaurants entertainment and shopping options of all kinds. On the downside the hotel and rooms are very dated and in dire need of a facelift. In the back side of the hotel where all the balconies face there is some major construction taking place which began each day as early as 6:00 a.m. The breakfast buffet was fine but disappointing in that not a single menu item changed during my entire stay. I kid you not when I say that literally every item of food was identical each and every day. Talk about monotonous. Next to the breakfast dining area is a teeny tiny fitness center but curiously I never saw anyone inside. When I went to inspect I think I discovered the reason when I saw on the door clearly posted a notice that use of the gym would incur a 9 Euro charge per person. And please don't tell me this is for non guests of the hotel because there's no way on Earth anyone would walk in off the street to use that gym. I could complain about other things but I don't want to be nitpicky because again the location is very good and convenient and perhaps therein lies the reason why the hotel doesn't feel the need to be better.

As for a 4* hotel I am dissapionted. Room was small, nothing special… I would say a bit old. Bathroom was small and there was no shower cap, no cotton swabs or pads, nothing… just a toilet paper, towels and hand soap. Room had not the best view but… I did not stay much inside so, it was ok. Design is very old style. In the room there is no coffee, no tea and if you want to make one you have to ask if there is any kitle available at this moment! There is no place in the hotel you can get water or make yourself a tea after a walk in a cold day! There was only 4 cans of sparkly water in the minibar and nothing more. Be aware that the cards to open the door will stop working many times as well might your door. Double check when you go out if your door is closed! Mine was not! The system broke and I needed to change the room as I would never leave my things while somebody can enter my room anytime. The staff were friendly and helpful. For such a price you can get way better hotel in quite the same location. Be aware as well of a noice at night, as the garbage trucks are collection the trash… in my case I wake up each time. Hotel is ok, but really you can get better one.

We stayed in the hotel for a week with a group. Very professional, comfortable, nice hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Location is very good and close to the shopping areas, walking distance to the Royal Palace. Yet, be careful about the pickpockets. When I asked the lady in the help desk whether it is safe to walk around, she reassured me it is. Following day, we were 3 people walking in the park at noon and we were robbed by 2 people. Today was our last day. We ate 1 small toblerone from mini bar. It was charged 40 euro. We first paid the price, then we checked the qr code in the room to look at the price list, unfortunately no response when scanned. Then we went back to the reception to question the price. The receptionist said he made a mistake, the correct price was 4 euro instead of 40. And he paid back...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
