Great location in the heart of the party zone, very close to Puerta del Sol!! Rooms at the 5th floor have some nice open patios great to sunbath but walls are very thing and you can hear your neighbors. In general, the location and included breakfast was great.

For me this is the best hotel in Madrid! Perfectly situated,the center of the center... ,many restaurants are here, 2 flamencos,the house of depotados,pizzas,bars,shops and everything...all are a finger away from the hotel. People there are so nice and friendly,and ready to help and teach you some Spanish... Love on max for this hotel ! Muchas gracias amigos!

I really like the location, the hotel was refurbished and it's covering my needs. The continental breakfast offers I good choice, I liked the fresh warm bread. Lot's of restaurants are in this area and I few theatre to. The sound proofed windows are important. The air condition is a bit noisy.

The only advantage of this hotel is that its in the center of Madrid and it has balcony rooms. At the bathroom theres no even one shelf, very uncomfortable. There's no bottles of soap,conditioner etc... that is usually in the hotels, we had to buy shampoo and other toilet things. Room was cleaned once and only bed. Room is tiny. I didnt feel vomfortable at this hotel at all. Basic things for people arent there. My advice to the management to make a lot of changes. I wouldnt return there at all. Thank you

Excellent location and simplicity with check-in, breakfast and 24 hour desk assistance. Due to the central location, it got quite noisy during nights since the local bar life went on until around 4 in the morning. As someone who wanted to spend time in the city, the price and included breakfast were the strong points.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
