Wonderful stay! This was the perfect spot for my husband and I on a long weekend in Paris. Great location - walkable to shopping, coffee, museums, and other sites. Warm rooms (key in the winter). Helpful staff, with great recommendations for things to do and eat. I’d note that we didn’t bring our young daughter; I think the size of the rooms and the hotel would make it less ideal for families staying with young kids.

I loved the ambience and privacy that I felt in my room. No noises came from the outside. The place was warm and lovely decorated. The staff has an impeccable presence and are very polite. I have to point out the delicate soaps that I found in the bathroom and the great quality of the breakfast. Totally unexpected things that shape your experience. I walked to the city centre in a few minutes, and it took me 1 hour by walk to get to the Eiffel tower (but the metro and bus are very close by).

Really great experience here. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. Checked in and was upgraded to a beautiful room. Room is cozy but has everything you need. Very romantic. Also very clean. Beautiful bathroom and a French balcony. The area is perfect for everything you need in Paris.

I travel with my wife and this time it was our wedding anniversary. This was one of the places that we stayed and we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place as it seems to be in the middle of a lot of interesting places and sites that you can visit and sightsee at. There are also plenty of great local bars and places to grab a bite at or a drink. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The only thing that might be a tiny problem is the space. The elevator is quite small, and I would say it would be fit only about two people, and the rooms aren’t very spacious. The toilet and bathroom is also quite small so space wise everything sometimes may feel a little too compact. However, this wasn’t a huge issue for me and my partner as we spent most of our time outside. We also had a lot of luggage with us so using the allocated space efficiently was a little challenging but nothing too demanding. If that isn’t a huge issue for you or you are traveling alone, I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Saintonge for the blissful memories that you have given me and my wife for our wedding anniversary. We hope to see you again when we come back next year.

Absolutely charming spot. Great location, and very clean. Wifi was good and the TV worked just fine. If you’re looking for a spacious room, maybe not for you, but if you’re looking to feel absolutely enchanted by a warm staff and well decorated building — this is your spot. The breakfast was great and the room was so cute. Not having a wall mounted shower head in the bath was new for me, but what is travel if not for a little adventure? I loved this spot and would gladly return. Ismael at the front desk made the international travel feel less intimidating — he went above and beyond for us and I’ll never forget it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
