        We were dubious to stay here after reading several negative reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised! We had a great stay, the room was lovely and spacious, great bed, perfectly clean. Staff were lovely and helpful, giving us extra towels and carrying our bags etc. The breakfast was also really good :) P.S Thank you to Mohammed, our butler, he was very friendly and helpful. A couple things to mention: - The elevator felt a little unsafe, old and dimly lit. - There were renovations going on, with a smell of paint throughout the hallways. - The shower seemed to change heat by itself. All things considered, for this price, it was an incredible stay and we really enjoyed it. We would stay again.

        For 27 euros the room was spacious with air-conditioning and private toilet included and good WiFi. The breakfast is not much but I assume is fine. The only downside is the cleaners knocking at 10 o'clock to take the room but the check out is between 12 and 13 o'clock, at least as Booking. com says...

        When we got in to our room the room had a mouldy smell. So we opened the windows and started looking around. The floor paneling was coming off and was wet. There were mouldy spots on the ceiling the corners and the entire shower including the shower head. When we tried turn on the shower water was flooding the bathroom. We went to pick up a towel in order to dry the floor. We found a cockroach underneath the “fresh” towel. We went down to the reception and told them about it. They showed us two more rooms. Both of them were mouldy and dirty. One of them even had ants in it. So we went back down to the reception in order to “check out”. They did not offer to waive our cancellation fee nor did they offer to waive half of it for the second night. They also did not refund the city tax which we payed in cash at the property (88 MAD). They said they were unable to do so and that we would need to contact booking. After we “checked out” early and had left we looked the hotel up on google. Where we had to find that it only has 2,8 stars, 44 mentions of ants, 10 of mould, 9 of cockroaches. It honestly seems like a scam. We think booking should reconsider their ratings.

        Overall, it was ok, but there are so many things to write about. The people working here are very nice, the lobby looks amazing. Breakfast was good. The hot water was also great. My room was in front of the main street, the room was not soundproof and you could hear car noise the whole night. The hotel is a little bit old and you could find so many things to complain about but in the end it worked.

        Worst hotel experience in our lives. The hotel is full of mold, quite literally everywhere, floors are covered in it (white and wet). Made it impossible for us to breathe. Tv, aircon, plugs all broken. Changed rooms but it was somehow even worse. No towels, had to wait 2 hrs for them (they were dirty) by which time we had decided to leave for another hotel nearby (thank god). also ants and other bugs all over the place and the room was incredibly noicy. No positives, disgusting, avoid at all cost, not fit for humans, hazardous. Obviously no refund at the front desk :)
