Very nice rooms, all was great. Although it is stated free breakfast, they did NOT have any breakfast and they did NOT offer coffee. That was sad but did not effect our trip. Also, AC operation is iffy. One night froze cuz it wouldn't shut off, another we sweat cuz it wouldn't turn on. I think it was controlled by the manager not us...

Everything was wonderful! Boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Adel, the manager went above and beyond to help with our stay with restaurant recommendations and even helping my find my lost phone! Alessandra answered many questions and helped with learning some Italian phrases! The beds were firm but welcoming after a long day of site seeing. In room safe, fridge with reasonably priced minibar, towel warmers, bidet, and rain head showers were a nice touch! Don't miss the cappuccino espresso machine!!! Safe walking distance to many sites! Tucked away on a side street, we would love to stay here again!!!

Our first stay at the Mancino 12 Hotel in Rome was in 2018, so our expectations were high this time around. We stayed for four nights in April during the busy Easter period, but I'm thrilled to say that the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and despite the hotel's central location between Piazza Venezia and Fontana di Trevi, it was also quiet. What stood out the most, however, was the excellent and efficient service. Alexandra and Adel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay here, the rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable. I would say a pretty average size for Europe. The hotel is very updated and clean. the bathrooms were huge with nice rain showers. The location is perfect we were able to walk to all major attractions

Very good location, friendly staff, and nice and clean hotel room. If you are sensitive to noise/sound, this is a nice quiet place to stay since the hotel doesn’t face the busy streets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
