        Positive Points: The Hotel has a good location, close to the metro, close to Sky Costanera - which is possible to walk to, around a 25-minute walk -, and also close to Cerro San Cristóbal - which is also possible to walk to. The cleaning of the Hotel is excellent, from common areas, halls and rooms, clean towels every day. Despite being close to an avenue, it was possible to sleep peacefully at night, I believe it is due to the culture and education that Santiago has. Negative Points: On Booking it was not described that the Hotel had an entire carpeted floor in the rooms and in the halls of the rooms, my boyfriend and I have rhinitis, it didn't really affect us precisely due to the Hotel's excellent cleanliness, but in the first few days we felt a little, then we ended up getting used to it. Furthermore, from the photos the rooms looked large and in reality they are not that large, they are reasonably comfortable. In my room, the heater didn't work. The breakfast is reasonably good, it has bread (typical Chilean), fruits, cookies, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, milk and juices, however the black coffee was extremely weak, it looked like tea! I had to get instant coffee to mix it together to the point where it was possible to drink it, due to the fact that the hotel receives a lot of Brazilians, they should know that Brazilians like medium to strong black coffee, not tea as was served every day in I was there, it's no exaggeration, the coffee was clear, it was tea, you could see the bottom of the cup. The time at which breakfast is served (from 7:30 am to 10:30 am) was bad for those who were going on trips in the mountains which are normally done in the morning and the guides pick them up between 6:00 am and 7:00 am, I had to go for 3 days for trips without have breakfast. Despite the Hotel's good location for using public transport, there are still no restaurants with good value for money in the region.

        Excellent value for money. I made the reservation through Booking and everything went well. I paid for my stay in American currency so I wouldn't have to pay the high Chilean tax. My reservation had a very simple but satisfactory breakfast. It is about 800 meters from two subway stations, Salvador and Manoel Month, to ride the subway you need to buy the "Bip" card, the single ticket costs 720 (4.00 reais) Chilean pesos and is also used for the bus, being this way you can load whatever amount you want. It is close to Av Providência, the main one in Santiago, and is a 35-minute walk from the Shopping Costaneira center, the tallest building in South America. I walked a few times to get to know the local shops. It is close to supermarkets. The place is quite peaceful, I walked until 11pm, I didn't see the Police and MUCH fewer beggars, homeless people and a rush of vandalism. The hotel is very comfortable. The difficult thing is communication, as they speak very quickly and in Spanish. Haha It is very close to Santiago's main tourist attractions such as: Cerro São Cristóbão, Cerro Santa Lúcia, Lá Moneda Palace
