Really handy for everywhere, very clean. Best thing about hotel was Davide, he was so friendly it was like he had known us for years. Nothing was too much trouble, he was so helpful. He gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay and the restaurant he recommended was amazing, best pasta we have ever eaten. Davide is definitely an asset to this hotel, I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Marco Polo Hotel for one night on our way back home to Canada. While it’s not a luxury hotel, we give it 5 stars for great value and an excellent location. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station as well as many other conveniences. Easy to walk to the train, even with luggage. For the price (cheaper than most hotels we saw online) we didn’t have high expectations -but were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was basic but clean and our room was large, clean and fairly comfortable for our family of 4 adults (we had a quad room with two singles put together to form a large bed as well as two singles for our kids ) and the bathroom was updated & modern. Air conditioning worked great which was super important in the August heat! Front desk staff were friendly and our booking included a nice breakfast. Overall we recommend this hotel if you don’t want to spend a fortune and want a decent, clean place in a convenient location by the train station.

Pleasant Hotel, at a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful with their guidance, able to leave bags for storage, very useful. Good size room clean and tidy, could of had some teabags or coffee to accompany the kettle, breakfast is nice but would like a little more variety, the only other moan is would have preferred the 3rd floor as opposed the 6th, being a little older the stairs to floor 6 can be gruelling after a day trekking around Rome, was slightly concerned about the antiquated lift, though having said that, it did work well and was a lovely feature. Well done to the Marco Polo staff, keep up your good work! Rome is a beautiful City, steeped in great history with a lot still uncovered, this base is great for exploring the marvel, hope all Italy value their assets as we do.

Just returned from a four day City Break in Rome and stayed at Marco Polo hotel. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, with a member of staff always on the reception desk 24 hours. Nothing was to much or bother when we asked for something or a question. Even giving us a map and taking time showing us where the best places and attractions to visit, the best areas to eat and how to get there their walking, bus or taxi. The hotel being central to everything and close to the Bus and Train terminal was also great specially if you wanted to go sightseeing out of the centre of Rome. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and our room was very comfortable and clean, offering all the services that is on their website and you can also leave and store your cases, bags there on arrival and day of departure. Though the dinning area isn’t very big we never had a problem getting a table for our breakfast which was a typical European breakfast with plenty of different choices on offer to accommodate everyone. Thanks again to all the staff at Marco Polo Hotel.
