2023/11 Before I checked into this hotel, I saw some terrible reviews on Google, but they were completely off the mark! My room was newly decorated, everything was perfect. They offer free luggage drop-off, and the staff, available 24/7, are super friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends and anyone else. It’s just a 3-minute walk from the central station and surrounded by great restaurants. A solid 10/10, and the price? Amazing value.

Definitely a good choice, the location close to the Termini train station makes it easy to get to all the tourist attractions, clean rooms, the staff at the reception are kind and attentive to the needs of the customers, also the breakfast boys are nice and friendly. Vis a vis is a supermarket and nearby restaurants. I recommend with confidence

The hotel’s location is near to roma termini gare and it’s giving a retro vibe. We traveled during the winter but the room was very warm. Loved the big window and the room’s colour. The hotel seems to be old but staying in it was very comfy and especially the services and their attitudes was 10/10. I really enjoyed staying here and it was very budget-friendly.

The room we were given was in the middle of the corridor on the first floor, next to the toilets (it smelled a bit like a sewer). The room was tiny, but apparently looked clean, which didn't bother us. It had a small window looking out onto a sort of courtyard where the hotel staff kept the cleaning products. After sleeping the first night, my friend started to feel ITCHY all over her body (has a lot of bodyhair). When she returned home, she went to the doctor and was diagnosed with CRABS. You can get crabs if the sheets are not clean and the bed is not disinfected. I find it unbelievable to stay in a hotel where you can get crabs. Disinfection and cleanliness are obviously not a priority. Neither is dealing with the customer as they did nothing when we told them what had happened. I would never stay at this hotel again. BE CAREFUL IF YOU STAY HERE AND START TO ITCH.

I had the displeasure of staying at this so-called "hotel" and it was a complete nightmare. Let's start with the overpowering stench that greeted me upon arrival – a foul mix of mustiness and who-knows-what. The pictures online must have been taken in some parallel universe because this place looked nothing like the images advertised. It was dilapidated, with peeling paint, unkempt corridors, and an overall sense of neglect. The staff were utterly unhelpful and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than addressing any concerns. It was as if guest satisfaction was not even on their radar. I might as well have been invisible for all the attention they paid to my needs. The room was a whole new level of disappointment. Dingy, with a bed that felt like it might collapse at any moment, and the linens were questionably clean, to say the least. The bathroom was a horror show - mold and mildew everywhere, a broken faucet, and a general lack of hygiene that made me reconsider whether I should even attempt to take a shower. If you have any regard for your well-being, I implore you, never, under any circumstances, stay at this pitiful excuse for a hotel. It's an absolute disaster and not worth a penny of your hard-earned money. Save yourself the misery and find accommodation elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
