It’s been 3 days since I came back from Marrakesh , had an excellent time came early like 3 hrs and signing time was at 2 but it was 11 o’clock and they had said yes it’s fine u can go to ur room . Room was very decent , bath was very spacious and decent hot water and everything working . Room service would come very quickly, changed my bed every day without hassle . Friendly people, huge shout out to the lady in a white suit and the young adult in a black suit . Had an amazing time

Pros: I was a bit worried given reviews here, but I found it to be a comfortable stay in a decent hotel. It was clearly a case of faded glory - a refurbishment would help - but it was also very comfortable, everything was working, and it met my needs. I could pay for the room by card. Easy parking outside, and close to the university. I eventually found the bar, and it was possible to take alcohol purchased there back to the room. Cons: I booked without breakfast, so they didn't tell me where breakfast or other meals were available - fair enough, but a pointer would have been useful. I think they might have been in the conference area, but I wasn't sure, so I didn't go there. A menu with prices in the room would have been helpful. A bit of a walk to restaurants or shops.

Lovely hotel great location food is cheap and staff are lovely Ismail the waiter was our favourite there all lovely to be honest we would have stayed forever if we could we actually did stay an extra 3 days as we only booked 3 days and it was not enough so don't make our mistake 🤣🫣 also the market is amazing but stand your ground and say I'll be back just looking when you start to leave there do better deal xx

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms for six people. The overall experience was horrific. The WiFi in the rooms was non-functional, making it extremely inconvenient for our party. Additionally, the floors were disappointingly dirty, and to our dismay, the hot water was not working despite multiple complaints. The breakfast was disgusting and not so many choices for a 4 Star Hotel ! What further compounded our dissatisfaction was the manager's dismissive attitude. When we raised our concerns so many times to the receptionist, we came across the manager. the manager insensitively claimed that these issues were the "reality" and implied that our complaints were unwarranted, making an inappropriate reference to us being Moroccan living overseas and Moroccan does not have the right to raise a complaint since it’s their origin country ( what a shame since we are paying out money !) . Such unprofessional behavior from the management is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying at this establishment.

Not a good hotel at all, don’t go by the images on Google. Rude staff at reception. Terrible service no iron services, don’t even put towels in your room, when you ask they come after 5 hours to give you something. They turn off water for hours saying there’s an issue every other day. Doors are terrible don’t even open you have to get someone from outside to kick it open. Best to avoid and find a different hotel .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
