Our second time staying at this hotel. Walking distance to the Thamel district (i.e . tourist area for Everest Base Camp trekkers). The hotel itself is decent, and had helpful staff. The rooms are generally clean, and you may have to specify a non-smoking room preference (some of the rooms may allow people to smoke). The breakfast buffet has vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, fresh fruit, and a continental breakfast (cereal, toast etc) if you don't prefer the local cuisine. Overall a very nice stay. Reception staff very unhelpful. I had limited mobility following an injury. They seemed oblivious to this This in sharp contrast to restaurant staff who were unfailingly attentive & helpful. My room had no outside window & was dark.

We stayed here as part of an Intrepid trekking trip and added a couple of nights at the beginning. Our extra nights were in a "junior suite" that had a lumpy bed, and water leaked from the basin onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was included and was nice. The room we got moved to as part of the trip had no outside window and was noisy and cramped. Seems like this place coasts on it's bulk trip bookings and is overpriced for what you get. Much nicer and better value options available nearby e.g. Aaguntuk Hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
