We had a wonderful stay. Although the hotel is on a busy road the room was very quiet, we even had a small terrace over looking the roof tops. My husband was celebrating a significant birthday and the hotel put a bowl of fresh fruit in the room, very kind. Staff always willing to help and suggest places to eat. Location is very central and only minted walk to the cathedral.

Location was great. Room was quite dated, and bathroom had black mold on the roof and shower curtain. The man on the desk when we checked in initially was very friendly. We had a DND sign up on our door when we left and the cleaning staff still entered and made up the room. We questioned this at the desk but were told that you need to request for the cleaning not to be done at the front desk so the door sign is pointless. Lastly for some reason you need to leave the key at the front desk whenever you're leaving the hotel, which felt sketchy because there were different staff on some of the times when we returned, and they didn't ask for any identification and just handed out the key to the room

A fantastic central location in Florence, 5 minutes walk from the central train station. Great continental breakfast, staff very helpful. Classical room, only thing if I was being picky that let it down was the shower but this really didn't affect our stay.

We stayed at Hotel Martelli for 2 nights in June. The staff is very nice. Our room and bathroom were quite large and spacious. It backed up to an alleyway that was a bit noisy at night, but we had a white noise machine that drowned it out. Breakfast was included and had various pastries and cereals. Not quite as good as some of the other hotels we stayed at, but decent and in a pretty room. The hotel is very conveniently located. About a 5 minute walk to the train station and the Duomo. About a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Galleria dell Accademia. Perfect for walking around Florence.

they cancelled our reservation for no reason. they pretend like my credit card is invalid but there is no problem with my credit card, also they accept on site payment. and I reached them out for solve the problem but they didn't reply me. first they cancelled our reservation and then they doubled the room price. what a shame.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
