        I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The price was good for 7 days. Be prepared to pay a tax in “cash”- Euros upon check in. $5 EUROS PER PERSON PER DAY. They will not accept a credit card transaction for the tax. We had to pay $70 Euros. Patricia and Lilly spoke adequately in English. The rooms were clean. The shower was strong with real hot water 👍🙏 The beds were comfortable with brand new sturdy mattresses. The blankets were warm and clean. It was also very close to the train station and many shops, restaurants etc. We will stay here again if visiting Rome another time.

        Had a coffe here. Chargrs 1.30 for a coffe in banco and charged us 2.50 takeaway. 50 cents extra for soya amd no credit card payment! Avoid

        The air conditioning didn't work properly. The refrigerator didn't work at all, we were promised another refrigerator, but it never came. The hotel is extremely worn down, the room and toilet looked like something from the 1970s. The beds were hard as a rock, the breakfast was terrible with dry bread, the view was bad and on the last morning we were woken up by extremely loud drilling from the neighbouring room. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

        Where can I start? Location of the hotel is close to the main train station, makes it convenient to get into Rome from the airport but downside completely outweighs that. The loud noise continues through day and, deteriorating neighborhood, unsafe condition of the hotel and staff with the checking in process is terrible. Room was completely outdated, small refrigerator included did not work, the air conditioning system did not work. At 5:00 p.m. the lobby closes and accessed to the hotel whether a guest or attempting to check in is through a back alley overrun with debris and graffiti.

        We stayed here recently, and we got a good price too. They are basic rooms, nothing crazy, but they are very clean. The staff there where incredibly helpful, friendly and always welcoming. Their breakfast which was included was massive - we never ate lunch while in Rome, which saved us money to spend on dinner. Only thing is the aircon wasn't very cold, if at all, which wouldn't be great in summer. I think the air filters on them need a clean but they are up pretty high making them quite difficult to get to for anyone without a ladder... though this didn't spoil our stay - we just opened the window :)
