Location is convenient and within walking distance to the train stations and bus stops. Room is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff are especially friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay much better. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, great location, friendly & helpful staff. The room was large and it had a washing machine, a real bonus on a longer trip. It's also next door to a Lawson convenience store and near the subway. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is convenient located in the Higashiyama area, near popular locations like Kiyomizu dera. The room can be a bit small especially for 4 people but it was comfortable enough for a 7 day stay. Water and extra stuff was provided promptly, and the staff were very helpful. It does help if you can speak Japanese because they might not understand English. There were delicious food around the area, like homegrown cafes and teishoku restaurants, plus a Mcdonalds. There is a Lawson just downstairs (really, it's lust left of the hotel) and open 24 hrs, making it very easy to grab breakfast or supper. I stayed in April/May and can't stop thinking about this hotel and I can't wait to come back to stay again! Definitely affordable yet convenient for a Kyoto hotel. There's a washing machine in the room, perfect for a longer stay.

I was astonished at the hospitality of this hotel. As the day I stayed at the hotel was extremely hot, I was really impressed that the room temperature controlled perfectly from the moment that I entered the room. I didn't expect that there would be a variety of Japanese high quality electric appliances and Japanese seasoning, so I was able to enjoy mini cooking time. Location was also great and so I was able to access everywhere I planned in kyoto. Score of 1 to 5, I want to give 5 to this hotel.

Great staff who can help with restaurant reservations, transport, and luggage couriers. A cozy fit for 4 guys, but still a great stay and we were mostly outside the room anyway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
