Before I go on with my review I would firstly like to say I have been travelling south east Asia for 3 months visited Thailand and Vietnam, I have not done things expensive either it has all been on a budget of £10 a night. The room we were given it had a terrible smell there were marks all over the walls, water marks and marks we had no idea. The Ac made loud noises and no cold air. The bathroom smelt damp had a hole in the ceiling and the shower head was dirty. There were ants and geckos in the room, ants would come through the door and the rotting wood in the bathroom. There were two tvs in the room one was broken. asked to be moved rooms due to the ac not working and was told the hotel was full and to wait till the next day. This was fine until we found a bed bug on the bed and they magically found an empty room. This room was equally just as damp smelling, dirty, cigarette burns all over the bed and to top it off had no hot water. AVOID These were the premium rooms on the ground floor the more expensive rooms, they thought they were doing us a favor giving us this room even though we had paid for the cheaper room on the 3rd floor… I dread to think was the cheaper rooms were like. Also if you stay on the ground floor you will be met with the staff shouting at cars reversing to park early hours of the morning every morning with no regard to the people sleeping in the rooms.

I don’t like writing bad reviews and like to give the Benefit of the doubt, but this hotel isn’t worth staying in avoid it! I’ve been budget backpacking for 3 months now and have stayed my fair share of cheap accommodation but nothing compares to this place, we arrived and was given a disgusting room filled with insects, stains on the sheets and walls, bed with no backboard and the loudest AC machine known to man! We saw little bugs all over the bed and after we that we asked to be moved to another room, we was also told by another member of staff earlier on that day that they were full up so we can’t move but seems convenient when bugs in the bed was brought up they had space! The place needs a total renovation they have new TVs in the rooms but no money for new sheets (which have holes all over them) and new mattresses) which have burn holes in them) the bathroom smelt of mould and the shower barely had hot water. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely loud in the morning due to deliveries and other guests.

Was got the room for emergency was cost 220k. Publish rate on online around 140. The room was really standard. The air conditioner was not cold at all.

Pretty nice for under 200k idr. At least it located in the heart of jakarta. It pretty close to everywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
