Room smelled like a combo of sewer and mildew. We booked with the hotel with guaranteed best price and then saw the hotel for much cheaper on other sites and they don’t price adjust. Pool area was ok. Staff was ok. It was nice they loaned bikes to go to Bardolino since it’s a 20 minute walk to town. Overall we wish we would have stayed at a nicer hotel to actually feel like a nice vacation.

Nothing for animal lovers! The hotel room was beautiful with a big balcony, but it is located on a busy street. The breakfast was nothing special. But what really made me uncomfortable, were the beautiful topical birds in the cage. What a sad view!

Pretty overpriced for what you get. The bed was not comfortable, the curtains had blood on it (probably from a mosquito but not very pleasing to see), the shower was not clean either. The restaurant is pretty good, the view is amazing. Staff in general is kind, but we will not return, there are better hotels for this price.

Quirky and brilliant, the little touches like random objects everywhere and especially the bikes laying around make the hotel feel different. Staff are amazing and very willing to help but don't interfere, the restaurant is also amazing, prices and food are good.

A nicely decorated, modern hotel. All rooms have a balcony or direct access to a patio. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant seems to be popular also for dinner. Good value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
