I read the other negative reviews before checking in and was a bit worried about my stay. But I got a very good room, and the location of the hotel was amazing. You can see the twin towers as soon as you step out of this hotel. But on the day of checkout I requested for a water bottle. I waited 15 mins and called again to follow-up. But no help, ultimately I kept waiting for about an hour and had to call them 5 times and still didn’t get any water.

For the price & location, I’d say it’s a good enough hotel. We stayed for 2 nights, spent most of the days outside so we didn’t really spend much time in the room. When we checked in, there was a complimentary swan towel deco for birthday occassion (upon request). The check in was smooth & easy. Our first impression of the room was okay, nothing wow. But decent enough, cos we mainly cared about the location. The toilet was spacious, however the flush may take a while 😅 And do take note that there is a transparent glass between the bathroom and the bed, and the curtain is on the outside so it may not be kids friendly 😂 The room was not sparkly clean, but clean enough for you to have a comfortable stay. They have a bathtub (+100 points because most hotels in the area within the same price did not have bathtubs)! You can see that the furnitures are a bit old, but it didn’t really matter for me. The breakfast spread was nice! For 2x breakfasts, we actually enjoyed everything and managed to try everything. The swimming pool was nice too. They had a hydrotherapy pool. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Location was the main thing we looked for before booking, so this was definitely an A. Thank you for the stay!

Their lunch buffet spread was good. More towards local delights than international. However, their drinks can be improved. Orange juice and barley are not real products. It's just flavouring and colour..

Worst “5-star” hotel experience ever. Changed rooms twice because the first room had this musty dusty gross smell. Pillows smelt horrible, aircon was not air-coning and had this loud irritating sound. The second room had bed bugs and couldn’t sleep at all due to the itch which made me went down to the lobby to demand for a switch of a better room. The guest relations manager had a bad sassy attitude and even requested me to pack my luggage and change room at 2:00am due to their own bad housekeeping. There were no curtains, toilet flush was week, telephone couldn’t even work (probably because they keep receiving complaint calls). After some retaliations, he finally allowed me to change to room number 3 which was decent. Overall, stay here if you wanna film the worst 5 star hotels in KL. Fking terrible. I think they bribe the officials to get a 5 start ratings. some of the ratings seem damn off and fake too.

Went to a lovely wedding reception at Hotel Maya. Great food and loved the flower arrangements. Convenient parking or you can valet too. Food was good!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
