It was okay at best. Definitely fits 3-stars. I found the room spacious and the bed comfortable. It was easy to get around. There was always someone at the front desk but they speak minimal English. Still easy to check in

I dont know were to start!! Its so old!! Beds its like you sleep on the floor... Pillows was like brics!! Wc was old and on the roof u could see inside!! Rooms was clean and its near metro thats the only good at this hotel. Breakfast was so poor better take something outside. I want stay there again!

Simple room with a hard mattress, well equipped bathroom, was very happy with few English channels (had to change language in settings), that hard to come in other cheap hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really liked a lady at breakfast time. Breakfast itself was simple, but good. Hotel itself was about 30min by bus to the centre, shopping center 10mins away, plenty of restaurants around

I was visiting the beautiful city Milan for a short stay. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the discriminatory treatment I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite a booking error resulting in a single room reservation, both my girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel due to flight cancellations stuck for another day in Milan. However, the concierge insisted that my girlfriend had to leave "the flight cancellation is not my problem or our fault", displaying a lack of professionalism and empathy. This incident left us feeling humiliated and disrespected, leaving Hotel Mayorca at midnight in search of a welcoming lodging. I strongly advise anyone AGAINST considering a stay at your hotel, as bad human behavior and a lack of empathy for people in need has no place in the hospitality industry. I request a formal apology and urge you to take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
