I've been staying out of hotels for at least 100 days a year for almost three years. I have had the top 5-star hotels and tiny beds in a small room in Mexico. No matter where I stayed I was always treated with genuine respect and politeness. Many of the receptions and concierges know me by name and are happy to see me when I come back. The single receptionist at this hotel, Augusto, has definitively made this the worst hotel experience I've had in 5 years. He was nothing but rude and arrogant with me, and when I didn't have four euros he told me I wouldn't be able to have the breakfast. I had an outstanding bill at the Ritz Carlton fir 5,000€ and I paid it timely and went to clear things with the manager. The interaction I had tonight was embarrassing. I don't understand how a hotel like this can have a man like Augusto behind the desk, but I am sure he is a big reason it is not a four star hotel. There's no minibar, no snacks, no room service, just an older man with a big ego and a lot of attitude. The Visconti Palace was the same price as this, and is stunning. You would be foolish to take a room here.

The Hotel is good, a little far away from the central station and the Cathedral but there is bus station and tram station about 200 Meters away. Staff is really nice. Room is clean with a good service. The Entrance has a big door step, also 3 Steps till the reception and the lifts, that makes it hard for steerwheels and strollers.

Very lovely hotel, close to bus station, tram station & metro station is a walking distance. The receptionist Samuel is the best, he was available to provide us with everything we wanted and his command of English is good. Housekeeping did a very good job too. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. They don’t provide breakfast but there are restaurants around the area.

Overpriced. The third star is only for the friendly staff of the cafeteria and the excellent coffee. The room itself was decent but not value for money at all. One toilet paper roll every couple of days per couple. Not convenient at all. We got the room on the first floor next to the breakfast serving area and next to the restroom. Every single morning we woke up from the noises of the preparation of the breakfast around 06:30. Also, if someone used the floor toilet the cistern would not stop as it was out of order making it difficult for us to sleep. You see the whole place was not soundproof at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
