Great location and good price, rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday the room has a mini fridge included. Netflix included with tv which is a nice extra. Only negative is that the bed was quite hard. Also be aware of the tourist tax, which is offset if you book through the website as you get a discounted rate! They also allow you to store bags for the day. If you are a tourist, there are good cafes and restaurants located nearby, just ask reception for some recommendations.

Gets the job done. Great location and helpful staff. Nice restaurants, cafes all within footsteps. Only 20 min walk to Travi Fountain, so great exploring. Beds and bedding weren’t great. Bathroom very clean. We stayed one night and that was comfortable enough for the price.

Rooms pretty OK but a bit dated. Mattress quite hard and one very flat pillow. The breakfast was the worst I have seen. On top of that the milk was spoilt. In case you stay here don't waste money on the breakfast.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience. The room looked nothing like the pictures we saw while booking; we anticipated a nice, modern space, but were greeted by something super old instead. The reception was unbelievably rude, displaying a complete lack of concern and making us feel utterly unwelcome. When we asked why the room didn't match the pictures, we were told that just the number of people and the type of room we made the reservation for matters, not what was on the pictures that we saw… like, what?!

neither good nor bad but I have a question mark it’s 3 stars hotel.. The all receptionists were very polite and friendly , except one. The person who handled our check-in was very rude and disappointing. I arrived late at night tired from a flight delay and when I checked in, I was told "So? You don't have a name?" . I was very disappointed because the other staff members were very very nice people. The location is very good and you can walk to the center of town. The area around the hotel was very convenient for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. I was surprised at how small the shower room was. Even for an average sized adult female, the shower room was so small that I frequently bumped my arm, so if you are male or above average of female, you might be good to consider this. Breakfast is not recommended. There was very little variety of food and nothing that I would eat again. It is definitely better to eat at the cafe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
