The location is great but the rest of the experience is not worth what it costs. The customer service was lackluster at best and the rooms were awful. I tried to open the window and the window got stuck and would not close, then the shower head wasn’t even attached to the wall because the mount was broken not to mention that it couldn’t even hold a constant temp it kept going from scalding hot to the point the head was too hot to hold to freezing cold. There are much better hotels in the area worth the 90 euros I wasted here.

Location is ideal because of the proximity to the train station. Rooms are small, very few amenities, but clean and comfortable. The front of the hotel is not very nice, but that is not within management control. Overall, it was perfect for our trip since we would only sleep there and take day trips to other cities.

Nice hotel, nice staff, convenient for station and city, room ok, but probably the worst 2 nights sleep we've ever had in a hotel. Room overlooked the square at the back, people making lots of noise in bars below until 4.30/5am, then the clean up started, bottles etc. Outside doors not soundproof, absolutely appalling, would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Atocha train station. Was just a couple of hundred meters walk through busy street and you can clearly see the big red Medioda Hotel neon sign. The staff were very friendly and it seemed there were a lot of people on a training course staying in the hotel the night we stayed, but that did not detract from the experience. The rooms were quite small, but everything worked well and was very clean breakfast was quite reasonable with some choices. The only odd thing was the stairs to get up to the reception were a bit of an obstacle. I didn’t see a ramp anywhere, but we weren’t in wheelchairs just that we had to carry our suitcases up that extra flight of stairs to get to the checkin

Outstanding stay directly across from Atocha. We had a very large, comfortable room that, while it had a small bit of street noise, was fantastic. Great check in staff was able to get us earlier check in. Price to value ratio was fantastic as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
