Pros: * Convenient location within walking distance of main roads and attractions. * Impeccably clean room and bathroom. * Reception staff, especially the lady on the night of November 25th, were exceptionally friendly. Cons: * The superior single room had a view of a parking slot and another apartment, lacking a street view. * Disappointing breakfast with no complimentary fresh orange juice, limited options, and the absence of staples like omelets, scrambled eggs, or sausages. * Coffee or tea requires a request from somewhat grumpy staff. * Train stations are a 15-minute walk away. * No restaurant for ordering room service. Noise, from other rooms corridor - rooms are not sound proof

This hotel is very convenient to all places of interest in Milan. Walking distance to Duoma, main shopping street, restaurants, etc. Although the window in our room overlooks at the opposite building, it is cozy, very clean, bathroom is freshly tiled. There's a good selection for breakfast. They are good and freshly cooked. Fruits and yoghurt, freshly made coffee and pastries. I don't find the lift that is quite small a problem. Even though our room was on the 5th floor, it's ok. A good exercise for me going down (not going up). I used the lift going up ha! ha! 😃 Hotel Mentana is 4* to me having bern in many hotels in Europe! The reception is pretty good in attending to our questions and needs.

BE CAUTIOUS, DON’T book this hotel! I changed 5 hotels through my trip to Italy and only this one was a nightmare, I booked this hotel because they mentioned that it is a non-smoking rooms but my room is full of smoking odor and it was so small and bad furniture and floor, the walls are so thin that i was able to hear the sound of notifications that come to the mobile phone of the next room! I canceled my booking here and booked another hotel with the same price but a room 3 times bigger and more cleaner than this smelly hotel!

Perfect place because it’s in the center of the city and everything is near to you. Also, the hotel is so nice and clean but the refrigerator was not working:( However the staff were very nice and helpful especially Ms. Loura.

The heating and fridge did not work in my room so I had to pack and change rooms. In the next room the fridge also didn't work (at least it was warm).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
