I recommend this hotel as I have stayed there numerous times and to those I have recommend they also loved this place especially my friends and co workers from different places around the world. Absolutely amazing 👏 people and hotel. They have their rules but very comforting as it's a family own hotel. If you want any changes or any needs just speak to one of the members they'll try to adjust things to your liking, specially the owners. Thanks Hotel Mera Peak for making my stay pleasant and memorable one. Cheers!

I had the most unpleasant experience at Hotel Meera Peak and would rate it 0 stars if I could. The hygiene standards of the hotel were unacceptable. The bedclothes were not changed, and there were hair all over them with stains that looked like they hadn't been washed for weeks. The bathroom was even worse, smelling so bad that it made us feel sick. It was clear that the hotel staff did not care about cleanliness or hygiene. To top it all off, we found a rat in our room, which was the last straw. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, and it shows a complete disregard for the health and safety of guests. We immediately checked out and found a much better and cleaner place to stay. I would not recommend Hotel Meera Peak to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay. The hygiene standards are non-existent, and the presence of a rat is a clear indication of the hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Meera. Not only did my foundation spill on one of their towels, but they charged me an exorbitant amount for the towel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as their customer service is clearly lacking and they do not value their guests. If you're looking for a stress-free stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Hotel Mera Peak is not a regular hotel, it's a home. Staffs are well-behaved and will go above and beyond to meet your requests. The food is great, location is perfect. Rooms are luxurious with a fine touch of Nepalese culture in every element. And the bonus part is that every room comes with a balcony which will let you enjoy the breathtaking views with your friends/family/partner with no disturbance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
