        My review is based on one week stay from November 26th to December 2nd. First of all, The stuff were great. Upon my check in, The stuff on the front desk game me an half hour advice and useful tips of Lisbon, like a taking tram 12(no wait time only 3 people on board), instead of 28 to get to the castle . take 15 E to go to Belem, etc , etc. The location is perfect in the middle of city center. subway, trams , restaurants ,train stations, Super market are well located in walking distance. The breakfast is decent ,but down sides are a bit noisy in the night. During my stay , The park in front of hotel having Christmas fair, a lot of people plus The Rock Bands were playing music till midnight, If anybody who hates noise, then this place would not be for you. My room was on the back street side so it did not bother me so much. It is not 5 stars, but cozy relaxed property. I will recommend to anybody who wish to travel to Lisbon.

        Fantastic central location for tourism..Great comfy big room with balcony over the square . Buffet breakfast was good.. Limited bar and no idea on evening food ..didn't look like it was an option but so many great restaurants on the doorstep (Pinoccio for example) so it doent matter!

        Great location. Very lively. But at 5 in the morning trucks are starting to unload for restaurants and stores. If your room faces the back street you will be woken up for sure. Around midnight trucks come to collect garbage — same thing. You need good triple paned windows to block some of that noise but you will not have it. The hotel needs a facelift. Very old carpets. Hard, creaking bed. Least amount of channels (5) on the smallest tv. Breakfast is okay. Service and staff are very good.

        This hotel actually was above and beyond my expectations. The service, rooms, location and breakfast was everything I would look for. I would come back and highly recommend.

        Very well located. But there are several issues with this hotel: 1. There are issues with the wifi, some devices, such as Mac, won't let you connect to several websites. I couldn't connect to my Microsoft or my work email. It was a pain, so I had to use my tethering (hotspot). 2. The building is old. Most of the furniture is very old, and you can see that there are not investing in making it look nice. 3. It only has 17 TV channels, and I think just one shows movies in English :) I'd be willing to pay 200 euros extra for a hotel with better reviews.
