        Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. I have been to 3 stars hotels which were much better! They cannot support high seasons such as Christmas. The rooms were very dark with a poor light. The breakfast was also very poor, not to mention that you had to wait in order to eat, while there were empty tables and they didn't let you sit there. The hotel was short of staff and most of it was rather rude and in a panic. I don't recommend it at all. I am sure there are better places to stay in Rome.

        The check-in was at 3 p.m., not at 2 p.m. The blond elderly lady at reception didn't want to give wifi password while we were waiting. She was very rude. The cleaning ladies were always on the first floor around 10 am, so I'm sure the room was clean earlier. The room was very small and dark. There was no real wall between room and bathroom, so that was very weird. Definitely, not 4 star hotel.

        The worst hotel in Rome! Unpolite personel in breakfastroom, the breakfast is very poor they can not handle the clients, we ask them for coffee and they told us to get them by ourselves!!!

        Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are very dark and extremely small. Do not use the bath tub. I filled mine to relax only to find out that all the water came out of the drainage and was all over the floor. This explained why the bathroom smell was weird and unpleasant. Also, very poor ventilation in the room. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Also, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotel the entire period I was there. The location of the hotel is convenient as it was near the metro station.The staff was friendly. As was mentioned in the previous reviews this hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel! Do not be fooled. I certainly won’t be coming back to this hotel.
