12pm come check in, no need to waiting untill 2/3pm for check in. Its GOOD!! but My room without wardrobe, itsokey, the staff and other things in good condition, clean and very nice. I have one night suddenly, elektrik tak ada, then their give voucer discount when i check out but can use for walkin 🤣🤣 . For kitchen part very clean and nice deco, suit for waiting and chill some tea.

Wed 19 Oct 2022 Had an appointment to meet up with a old classmate here. Arrived here at 11am after walking from Maluri MRT Station. The hotel mini-lobby is bright and clean. As agreed, l contacted my friend and waited at the lobby for him to show up. My rating here is based on my friend's feedback. The room is neat and clean. The prices are affordable. Service is courteous and attentive. The location is excellent. Very convenient for shopping and eating. All within walking distances.

Beware this hotel Mezzo they advertised rooms on agoda that don't exist and when you arrive the room you booked and already paid for is not as advertised , then they ask for more money to get you upgraded to what you wanted, 👎🏻👎 staff were rude and unhelpful, when I said I would complain and review on agoda, they just cancelled my booking and told me to leave. BEWARE of Hotel Mezzo ads on agoda misleading ads . Edit after hotels response to my review Mmm they say in their reply that they did not cancel my booking and ask me to leave but this is FALSE !, I even offered to pay for the upgrade but because I had said I would review the hotel they would not allow me to stay. So here is another thing to beware of, they say and do anything to cover themselves 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 just read some other reviews people un happy with advertising and rude staff

Went to this hotel almost 2 times ready. Price are affordable and very near to all the places around Kl. 1 thing is parking because there some constructions going on most probably will be completed soon. After that parking should be okay. Otherwise this Hotel is good to stay for affordable prices.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
