        The first hotel I've ever stayed in (in 45 countries) without a kettle. You had to buy coffee from a machine in the hallway. We could hear everything from the run next door. We had to queue for ten minutes for a table at breakfast, then it was so bad that we left after 5. Orange juice like water with a little squash, outdated pastries. Good location, comfortable enough bed, but don't expect anything more than that!

        Hotel overall was good, but wont let you use an iron. And then they recommend to go to a local dry cleaner that is a well known scam cleaners in Rome. Be warned! Bring your own iron and what ever you do, do not use their recommended cleaner. Also, the staff in the free breakfast buffet are super nice!

        It’s a quiet and nice hotel. Staff is super helpful and friendly. There is 24 hrs service at the front desk. Very accessible to all places in the old town. Lots of restaurants around and very walkable to all places around.

        I wish I could give Customer Service 10 stars. Just kind amazing people working at Hotel Miami. Place is close to shops and restaurants. The front desk people are so helpful and attentive. They called Taxis whenever you needed them and helped with anything you need. Francisco I believe that was his name was an amazing resource and gray front desk help. He made me and my families lives so stress free. He deserves a raise and a promotion!!!
