        The room had a bug infestation. I went downstairs and nicely told the woman at the front desk and she grabbed bug spray (which she grabbed quickly telling me it was readily available because this list not have been the first time this issue occurred) she sprayed and then left the bottle with me and told me to kill any more I see. They ate a hole throw some of our clothes. We had not eaten in the hotel room at all but the woman from the front desk continued to tell us we had “brought in something sweet” when I explained again that we had not eaten in the hotel, nor had we been in it since early that morning, she said “well it must’ve been something left on the desk or floor by the previous person”. I then said that the room should have been cleaned between people and she said “I didn’t say that, it was clean, it’s something you brought in” we asked for the email of the manager and she told us no. We asked why and she said “only o communicate with him”. My friend went back downstairs and was finally able to get her to put him on speaker phone where she explained what happened. The manager and the woman at the front break start speaking very badly about my friend in Italian, thinking she wouldn’t understand but she speaks and understand Italian fluently. We asked for a refund for that night and the next one so we could move hotels since they would not move our rooms and she said absolutely not, that Expedia had to refund us. Expedia said that wasn’t true. They called the hotel many times, all of the calls they did not answer, and Expedia moved our hotels. The next morning i got a message from Andrea saying the owner had shown up to speak with us. He was very threatening and we are young girls. I explained that Expedia had moved us and that they already contacted the hotel to let us know. She said they hadn’t received that message and implied I was lying. I got a confirmation of the message from Expedia though so I know it was sent. The bugs I probably could have gotten over minus them destroying my clothes, but the way they treated us and made us feel unsafe, I could not. Overall a horrid experience. It was 400€ for 3 nights and all we got was a big infestation that we now have to avoid bringing home.

        I was little weary of booking this place due to the reviews about the difficulty with the keyless entry to the hotel. Don’t let that concern you. If you actually read the instructions provided by the hotel, it is a super simple process. They did an excellent job of communicating via email and WhatsApp. Rooms were extremely clean, spacious and the bathroom was nice as well. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The only negative is the elevator is extremely small. You’re lucky if you can fit two people and a suitcase. They do have a place for luggage storage, but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff in an unlocked room with no staff on site. Overall, I would stay here again. Excellent location and great accommodations.

        100% in love with the place. I was scared a little for the “online reception” but everything works fine. My room was nice, super clean, with a window, AC and TV and I love the bathroom :) I can’t do early check in but I was able to leave my luggage there. Is not an that easy place to find, they have a small golden thing with the name in the door next to a pizza place, I got there by taxi. The elevator is too small like just for 1 person, it’s in a 3rd floor. Old elevator but works just fine. The cleaning lady was super nice she only speaks Italian but use google translate to talked to me, an angel! The hotel it’s super super near The Galleria dell'Accademia

        Solid location, comfortable bed, and clean rooms. The lobby has a very convenient vending machine and comfortable waiting area while you wait for check in. The staff was quick to answer questions in advance of arrival, and texted us through WhatsApp to ensure we didn't run into any issues. Overall enjoyed our stay, the elevator works fine, however the keyless rooms are questionable. We got locked out of our room while getting breakfast, before checkout. The cleaning staff helped us get back in to get our things.

        Sucha clean boutique hotel ! Well maintained and it is right in the centre of the city and all the tourist attractions are in the walkable distance. I stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing.
