Nice hotel located near the local transit and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Rooms are a good size, bright and clean. The service was very good from checking in to the cleaning detail from housekeeping and the breakfast buffet changes daily. There are a lot of small restaurants and bars near by and a short walking distance to the night market.

I recently enjoyed a 5-day, 4-night stay at your hotel with my wife and was thoroughly impressed. Being a light sleeper, I was amazed at how quiet it was, providing me with a restful night's sleep. Location is great, very close to a lot of great destinations. Room is good for the price but their plumbing needs some work. In my 3 nights stay in this hotel I've killed close to 10 bugs coming out of their plumbing.

Good hotel. Good location. Just don’t lose your plastic card key. They will charge you 11,000 won or $10US. Ridiculous. First time in my life I had to pay for a lost plastic key.

The workers in the hotel are attentive and helpful. The hotel has everything needed to have a good stay, clean room, gym, washing/drying machine room, the service desk also do currency exchange. The top floor has a beautiful place with chairs and table to hang out. The only downside is the room was a bit small

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
