        The worse person I have personally worked with. Not a trustworthy person to work with and has a lot of temper once things don't turn out how she wants. Returns your call sometimes days later. Almost never on time and ghosting meetings several times. Threatened me and my boyfriend to hurt our physically after I requested payment. I did her a favor to lower my fees as an act of kindness, but kindness is a choice. She abused that. In the end there was never paid for the work that was done and requesting disproportional things for little pay. In the end never received payment from this client. I am very concerned about this woman taking care of little children when she is uncapable of keeping her emotions under control. Update: Dear, of course I'm aware that I didn't make use of childcare service, but this is why my feedback is important and valuable. Putting someone unstable and this violent (Threatening to hurt me for a couple of bucks) in front as the face of the nanny service could be problematic when she has to take care of your small children. I know I wouldn't let my children come close to someone like her. Nor did I ever got an apology for this behavior, and there is a major lacking of self-awareness.

        Last week we booked a nanny twice for our 1.5 year old daughter. At first we were reluctant to give a stranger responsibility for our toddler. Due to positive experiences from others and good and professional information, we decided to get a nanny. Something that was a new experience for us. The nanny arrived in plenty of time with the necessary items for our little girl. Our daughter immediately had good interaction and an obvious nice click with the nanny. Because the nanny seemed very experienced, calm and sweet, I left with peace of mind. When I returned, the house was clean, my daughter was cheerful and I received a correct and clear transfer. In addition, communication with the planner before, during and after the babysitting service was very smooth, clear and flexible. Also the second time I can share the same experience about another assigned nanny. My daughter also had a good connection with her. We are very happy with the hotel nanny service. And we will definitely book a nanny more often!

        Had a good experience with school guidance for my daughter during the Covid pandemic. An experienced supervisor has been sent who has a pedagogical background. Was always on time and gave me timely feedback on my child's progress. In summary, customer friendliness, flexibility, professional competencies top!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
