Despite needing to walk through construction to get to the hotel, which was a bit sketchy when we first arrived. The reception was friendly, our room was cosy and comfy, and a free coffee and pastry in the morning was a nice addition!

The beds are very hard, and the pillow is like a stone, and in general there was black hair on the bed and condoms under the bed :(( lucky I was able to change the room. It seems that they do not clean the blankets and a lot of dust on the shelves, they were smelly and dirty like after homeless people, so I do not recommend that hotel with a private room, it is better to pay an extra 20 euros and take a normal hotel 3 stars!!! staff is great but my comfort is more important so sorry but not recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights and then returned the next week on our way out of Milan. It was a little hard to find and the nearby Dateo metro station is currently being built so we had to walk from garibaldi station, about 30 mins. You click the hotel buzzer by the door and they let you in and follow the signs to the entrance. Staff were lovely, really helpful and polite. We stayed in a private room for the 3 nights, room 3 I believe. The room was what we expected, a place to sleep, it was clean and exactly what we needed. Strange having a shower in the room, no frosted glass/privacy but I guess this wouldn't be an issue for couples, we instead used the shared bathroom. It was relatively clean and we were provided with towels, soap and toilet roll. The shower was okay but the drain blocked easily and took ages to drain, but they cleaned them daily so it wasn't particularly an issue. There was a tv and Airconditioning in the room and a frosted glass window. We didn't realise that the air con and breakfast were free, we booked on hostle world and were informed on there that it was €10 for air con and €2 for breakfast and yet we were never charged for these so I think thay may just need to update this. It is about a half an hour walk to milano central station and half an hour walk to the Duomo. The reception is open 24hrs so once you check in you can stay out later which was nice. Overall would definitely stay in a private room again. I would not recommend the shared dorms however. We stayed in this room for 1 night and it was clear that you definitely don't get the same treatment as in the private rooms. There were 4 bunk beds, no sheets were provided. Half of the lockers were broken and there was no privacy. We came in late and there was a girl sleeping so we were as quiet as possible but just as we were going to bed 2 more people came in and the staff member put the main light on waking people up. It was very noisy and hot and the bathroom had black mould and was not as clean as the other one (also shower doors were rusty and broken). We then had the Airton on but it then got so cold and we didn't have sheets so it was extremely uncomfortable. The reception phone also kept ringing and was very loud. Overall I would recomend this place for a short stay in private room. A lot of the other reviews are very negative but honestly you get what you paid for, it's somewhere to sleep relatively close to the centre, if you are looking for a luxury experience go else where, but if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower it is perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel! People from the reception were very welcoming and friendly, the dorms are decent and clean, the location of the hotel is well connected by buses and trams. The only negative point is that there is no kitchen, but this is fine for a few nights.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
