Excellent hotel for a tourist! I am not fluent in Spanish, my skills are mediocre at best. I would often have to use my phone as a translator, and they were ALWAYS very kind and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant in the lobby was just as wonderful as the hotel staff. The food was delicious and reasonably priced as well. The location is beautiful, the cost quite reasonable, and the room was very clean! There's no A/C, so plan accordingly. The street side of the hotel is quite loud, every night. It was a bit of an adjustment for me, if you are a light sleeper, definitely get a room near the back of the hotel, or maybe the top floor.

This hotel is aging badly in a prime location in Roma. The neighborhood is full of life. The rooms are small and you can clearly hear every word from the neighboring rooms. The carpet needs serious cleaning. Bathrooms need attention and the plumbing is noisy -- the pipes are just outside the windows in the courtyard. The TV gets broadcast stations with no premium channels. In every respect, this is a 2 star hotel which has been given 3 stars. It's a pity because the location is so awesome.

The hotel staff are friendly and.. Very attentive. The suites are Nice as well as the regular rooms.Nice safe area lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant has very good food. Good breakfast lunch and dinner items. Great menu great value. This is a real review. I've been here for three weeks so far.

I have been staying at Hotel Milan on trips to Mexico City since 2005. For the price I think you will struggle to find better. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant food is good and the location is excellent The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that these days it can be a little noisy, especially at weekends at the front of the hotel at night because of bars / nightclubs nearby. I recommend a good pair of earplugs for this reason.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
