        Everything is a problem for this staff. Room they are clining but still they dont remove a fungus in the bathroom. Breakfast is bad, only coffee is very good, too eat they have only sweet things and boild eeg. Sorry and something like 5x4cm cold pizza.

        If you can’t find any hotel in Milano, the hotel must be the last choice. The colleagues are good but interior design is very old, the bats are uncomfortable, breakfast is a disappointing experience. The owner should spend some money due to the money that they demand from the client.

        Not a 4 star hotel. The photos don’t represent reality. Dirty walls & curtains, mold in the bathtub, towels not being changed unless you ask, toilet bin not being emptied, no mini fridge, elevator that I got stuck in and then we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor for the rest of our stay. Expensive for what it is. One star is for the staff that was helpful and nice.

        Not a 4 star hotel. The photos don’t represent reality.         The worst experience I ever had , I don’t find even a One star ⭐️ hotel services , the rooms are way worst than a project houses with a lot of noises coming from outside , no toilet paper , soap , cups in my room , smell of smoke and no fridge. At my stay last week at this hotel weekend.

        Horrible, catastrophic, tragic I can not find the words to express my stay in this hotel. The worst hotel that I have encountered in my life. ibis should terminate the contract with this establishment! rated as a 4 star it does not deserve a half star! My room was very dirty and rundown (see photos) shower did not have a lid but the drain was open! we could smell unbearable urine odors. In the room there were layers of dust and a very very bad smell like the smell of plague victims or sewers! at night I lived the nightmare. I was forced to open the windows to breathe !! this stubborn smell is really unbearable. The breakfast was medium. The district of the hotel is not so famous and very far from the city. The only positive thing in this hotel is the friendly reception and only reception staff In summary, flee this hotel, it is worse than a dormitory
