        Mildom Hotel cancelled our booking and send us here. Dirty, old, room smell very bad, you need to waste water for 15min to have "hot" water (it is not really hot). The receptionist Damir was lovely and tried to help; thank you man. However, at the check out, the receptionist (another guy, older) was careless and not helpful at all.

        It has perfect location which near pharmacy, restaurant, malls, shops, bus station! It wasn't best room I had during my stay in almaty if I compare both facilities and price. But you may try if you love perfect location. Take a look the router of wifi which I didn't put attention before. In my room, the internet connection was freaking bad. I couldn't work at all 😢 during saturday night, it was noisy as hell 😅 no soap in bathroom, only toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. But most of all, the room is clean. Brighter light will be very helpful tho. The janitor lady was kind and receptionist was helpful eventho he speaks little english.

        Mildom Hotel cancelled our booking and send us here. Dirty, old, room smell very bad, you need to waste water for 15min to have "hot" water (it is not really hot).         It is a small cozy hotel with very nice service. Breakfast can be delivered to the rooms. Which is good during pandemic situation. Location is also good.

        Clear and comfortable room with a good position .hotel haven't lobby space or other facility but I appreciated the excellent service of reception staff and director manager and the budget price .
