Went there not expecting much. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations for sure. The receptionist was super friendly and explained everything to us with great detail, while also recommending us restaurants or places to go to. The location is amazing with everything being in a 5 minute walking distance including the Pantheon which is literally two steps away. There is a small plaza near the hotel that you can drink coffee. The rooms are not that exciting but they are for sure very clean. A cleaner comes in every day to clean and make the beds so don't worry about that. There is a store about 50 meters away from the hotel which you can buy every necessary stuff. Big thanks to Daniel, the receptibist.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff was supportive and friendly (huge kudos to Leslie, who helped us a lot with the transfer and also took the time to recommend us a good place to eat and and overall of the area around the hotel). Our room was very spacious, with a good nice bed, showers had good pressure and easy to adjust temperature. The hotel is amazingly located, very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We could enjoy all the main attractions on the center area by walking, including the Vatican and the Coliseum. Would totally book it again!

The problem I had is that the wi-fi does not work in the upgraded “family” suite. Not the same room from the photos and 5 people would not be able to sleep there. The room was nice but it’s like they knew the wi-fi did not reach that room and just played it off like it was my fault or my device. I’m sure they have the same problem with every single guest in that specific room. Brain damage when you’re in another country and can’t call your kids back home.

Stayed here two days with my wife and two children in one of the two-bedroom rooms (I think #4 or 5 adjacent to the room with the tables). Was surprised and impressed that this was more of a two-bedroom since there was one bedroom with a closet and desk separated by a door with it's own AC unit. The main bedroom was a little larger with another AC unit, desk and closet as well as the adjoining bathroom which seemed to be newly renovated with nice fixtures and shower. My wife and youngest child were a little concerned that the secondary bedroom was immediately by the exit door adjoining the common area, but the lock worked well and no one really used the common room since they did not serve breakfast(more on that later). Other than the walls and trim needing a little cleaning and paint, I was more than satisfied with this room. We were concerned that it may be a little loud at night, but it ended up being pretty quiet. The beds were relatively firm, so if you like a soft bed you might not like that as much. Felt safe and secure since streetside door required a code to unlock. The hotel is on the 2nd Floor(3rd floor for Americans). The main two negatives were the smell and temperature of the entryway and stair well wasn't the very nice, though this thankfully did not carry over to the hotel lobby, which was only accessible by provided code, providing an increased feeling of security in an area that already felt safe. Only when I asked about breakfast did they inform me they have not been providing this since the pandemic. Expecting that this was part of what I paid for, it would have been nice for them to make notice of this, not that we were planning to eat breakfast much there in favor of the local spots close to the hotel. Great, great location just within a walk down the stairs and a few steps to St. Eustachio (considered one of if not the best, coffee spots in Rome). The Pantheon only took about 3 minutes to walk to and Piazza Navona not much farther. Campo D'Fiori was only about 6 or 7 minutes walk. Argentino area was only a 4 or 5 minute walk away to access busses and taxi service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
