Hotel Location is very close to Grand Bazar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Egyptian Bazar. If you want to go to Taksim Square or Galata Tower you can take metro it gets you there in 20 minutes. I preferred to walk and it took us 40-50 minutes. Very nice sight seeing while walking. Staff in the hotel were super nice and very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are also very clean. The price as well is very good.

Wonderful clean hotel. They change towel n pillow case daily.walkable to Hagia Sofia,Blue Mosque and old town. Nearby tram. They offer good price for Boaporous tours too. A special shout out to Murad...u feel welcome with his big smile☺️

Truly a wonderful hotel! The location is top notch - Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, and the best hamams are all within 1 km. I was so happy with our room, the fit out was so lovely. I have to give a special shout out to the housekeeper who was the kindest and friendliest lady. She does a wonderful job and always has a smile on her face. Each day, she would clean the room, make the bed, give us fresh linen, water, and toiletries. The front of house staff are very kind and friendly, and always willing to help. My husband got very sick while we were in Istanbul, and the staff checked in on me every day and offered to contact the hospital if need be. I've never had such wonderful hospitality in a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Istanbul. It will make your experience all the more enjoyable.

I was in this hotel for 10 days, and it was an amazing experience with the Al Reciption team. Also, the hotel is located in a good place,clean and safe. I like the style of the bedrooms. Also, Houcine (the morning receptionist) was a very nice man, always looking to help and respecting the guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
